2. Description of Services
ResizeFrame provides free online image processing tools that allow you to:
- Resize images specifically optimized for Samsung The Frame TV displays
- Crop images to custom dimensions and resolutions
- Convert HEIC/HEIF images from Apple devices to JPEG format
- Process multiple images in batch
- Download processed images individually or as a ZIP archive
All image processing is performed locally in your web browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, ensuring complete privacy and security for your personal photos.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of our Services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Process images that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, content that promotes violence, or content that infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Services
- Use the Services to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
- Use the Services in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate ResizeFrame, a ResizeFrame employee, another user, or any other person or entity
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ResizeFrame, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may download and use the processed images you create using our Services for your personal, non-commercial use
Your Content
You retain all rights to any images you process using our Services ("Your Content"). Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we never have access to, possess, or claim any rights over Your Content.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the processing of any images you use with our Services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER RESIZEFRAME NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH RESIZEFRAME MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER RESIZEFRAME NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH RESIZEFRAME REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
RESIZEFRAME HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RESIZEFRAME, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Loss of revenue or income
- Loss of business or anticipated savings
- Loss of use, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content processed, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResizeFrame, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your use of any images processed through the Services, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in San Francisco County. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
11. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
No waiver by ResizeFrame of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ResizeFrame to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ResizeFrame regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
